Command protocol and field operations procedures for officers responsible for taking charge of patrol and tactical units to resolve high risk incidents. Addresses selection of appropriate courses of action to resolve high-risk incidents.
Patrol Supervisor Tactical Operations | 8-24 Hours
Structured to provide the first responding field supervisor with the tactical procedures to initiate actions and deploy on scene personnel when confronted with high-risk incidents such as crimes in progress, barricaded suspects, hostage taking, active shooter or sniper situations.
Critical Incident Management for Law Enforcement Managers | 8-16 Hours
Specifically designed to provide review and update of operational procedures used by field command personnel in resolving high-risk incidents. Addresses policy and procedures, training, tactical and negotiation team capabilities, rules of engagement protocol and post operation procedures. Provides overview of tactical procedures presented in Tactical Commander, SWAT Team Leader, Negotiation Team and Tactical Dispatcher courses.
